Terms and Conditions

1. Fares are available for sale until 31 August 2008.
2. Travel is permitted from 1 September until 30 November 2008. Fares quoted are for travel in Economy Class. Fares quoted are based on seat availability at the time of booking.
3. Travel must be completed by 5 December 2008.
4. All bookings must be confirmed at the time of ticketing. All bookings must be made at least 72 hours before departure. Applicable taxes/insurance/other charges will be collected at the time of ticketing.
5. Valid on Gulf Air only. The outbound flight from London to Damamm/Bahrain/Dubai and Abdu Dhabi must be on GF006.
6. Minimum stay: 3 days.
7. Maximum stay: All travel must be completed by 5 December 2008.
8. Stopovers: Not permitted.
9. Changes to Bahrain and Dammam are not permitted.  
10. Changes to destinations excluding Bahrain and Dammam incurs a charge of GBP 50 before departure and a charge of GBP 100 after departure
11. Cancellation/refunds: Ticket is non-refundable in case of cancel/no show.
12. Taxes are included in the advertised web fare.
13. If your ticket comprises of more than one fare type, then the most restrictive fare rule and terms and conditions apply to the whole ticket. Please ensure you check the fare rule information for each of the legs/sectors of your journey.
14. Child fare: Children 2-11 years inclusive pay 75% of the applicable adult fare.
